This is an integrated top rack with small pannier brackets designed to carry up to 40 lbs / 18 kg of load securely with out damaging the subframe. This is due to the unique design of the rack. Made of welded .75 inch /19 mm diameter steel tube powdercoated satin black.

This version has footpeg brackets as well PLUS added loops near the subframe attach points for attachment of items such as a Giant Loop bag. Rubber covered footpegs are not included.

As of 22 July 2014 this rack has integrated attach points for the RotoPax mounts. This means you do not need the 300169 Top Plate for attachment of RotoPax.

Note - This is intended for carrying children a short distance & NOT an adult. Safety is the operators responsibility!

This rack is designed to be used with the 300170 Mini Panniers to carry up to 30 liters of gear PLUS RotoPax cans for water & fuel.

It attaches to the frame at existing bolt points. Installation hardware and instructions are supplied.

Weight of rack = 6 lbs approx. Install time 20 minutes. This rack will fit the following KTM models using the 7730300200 subframe used from 2008 thru 2013 on all models except the 200XC. Note - A small cutout in rear fender is required for attachment on 2008 - 2011 models. If you have application questions, call us or check the KTM fiche for the subframe on your model.

Purchases for KTM 500 EXC

The mini-rack has performed perfectly over the many trips. I have used both the 5 liter bags for day rides and the 15 liter for weekend trips, plus the rotopax rack and gas container. Rack - besides working perfectly, is great to have a place to grab for moving the bike, lifting it when it is on its side, plus it gives great protection to the bike. Bags - both sizes work great - stay perfectly in place and even survived a few bumps and falls. Rotopax - simple and so handy to have extra fuel. Summary - very good service and extra help getting it shipped to Tbilisi; easy to install; exceeds my expectations.

Awesome Rack!

Fitment is excellent. For my 2013 KTM 500 EXC there are no plastics to cut. Superior craftsmanship, durable powder coat paint. The buddy peg feature is an added bonus. I can't say enough good things about this rack. Buy one, you won't be disappointed!

Purchased for 350 EXC-F

Great rack so far! I purchased this for my 2012 KTM 350 EXC-F. It’s super sturdy once attached to the bike with next to zero flex. Very happy with the fit and build. Have yet to have anything other than a 1 gallon rotopax on it, but I rode 60 plus miles with zero issues so far. Looking forward to throwing my saddle bags on this summer and going for a multi-day trip. Very easy install. Needing limited tools (I did use a different bolt to re-attach my seat however, as the stock bolt was barely hanging on). As a former BMW motorrad technician who has installed many racks on dual sport bikes, I am very impressed with this rack. When I eventually buy a newer model bike, I will be purchasing anything Globetrottin luggage rack.
